Petr Cech's is reportedly ready to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis after rejecting the opportunity to move out on loan.
The 32-year-old has seen his first-team opportunities limited since the recall of Thibaut Courtois from a stint at Atletico Madrid, with the Belgian shot-stopper preferred by manager Jose Mourinho so far this season.
Fichajes claims that the Czech international has turned down the chance to leave the Blues on a short-team basis and would rather make a permanent move away from West London.
It is thought that Besiktas and Galatasaray are in contention to sign Cech, but could face competition from Monaco, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Cech recently revealed that his future will depend on whether Chelsea want to keep the player or sell him.
