Cesc Fabregas has revealed that he is likely to remain at Chelsea until the end of the season.
Fabregas, who joined Chelsea from Barcelona in the summer of 2014, made 49 appearances in all competitions for the Blues during the 2017-18 campaign.
The central midfielder has only played 48 minutes of Premier League football this term, however, and his future has been the subject of much speculation.
The 31-year-old has insisted that he has not spoken to any foreign clubs over a potential move in January and is likely to remain with Chelsea until the end of the season.
"No, I haven't spoken to anyone," Fabregas told reporters. "Obviously in January I can sign [a pre-contract agreement] with whoever I want and probably this will attract many clubs.
"But so far, from what I can say right now, yes I will stay here until the end of the season. I play at Stamford Bridge, I'm happy. That's the most important thing. But of course every player wants to play more."
Four of Fabregas's 10 first-team appearances this season have come in the Europa League.
