Charlton Athletic have reportedly been left fuming by Chelsea's swoop for teenage talent Kasey Palmer.
The Premier League outfit snapped up the 16-year-old under the Elite Player Performance Plan guidelines, which allow category one clubs, such as Chelsea, to have first pick of youngsters at lower category clubs.
According to the Daily Mail, the Addicks are unhappy that the Blues have snapped up Palmer, who made his debut for Chelsea in an Under-18s defeat to Manchester United on Saturday.
Charlton are said to be rated as having a category two academy.
