Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Internacional midfielder Oscar, according to the Brazilian club's president.
The 20-year-old Brazilian international, who has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, recently claimed that he would make a decision over his future after the Olympics.
"There is a verbal agreement between the two parties, but we have to put that on paper and the lawyer of both clubs have to discuss the matter," president Giovanni Luigi told Radio Guiaba.
Oscar featured for Brazil in Friday's 2-0 friendly win over Team GB in Middlesbrough.
