The agent of Palermo striker Paulo Dybala has claimed that Chelsea have offered £29m to sign his client.
The Argentine has won a number of admirers after scoring 13 league goals for the Rosanero this season.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini recently revealed that Juventus had made an offer for the 21-year-old, but now it appears that Chelsea have joined the race for his signature.
"Paris Saint-Germain have already come forward with an offer of about £32.5m and Chelsea had already reached £29m," Gustavo Mascardi told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"We're now at the stage where the price cannot be lower than £36m. Paulo is in no hurry and will take his decision calmly."
Dybala has scored 21 goals in 89 appearances for Palermo.
