Chelsea are close to agreeing a fee with Porto for Brazilian forward Hulk.

Chelsea are reportedly close to agreeing a £38m deal for Porto forward Hulk.

The Brazilian's future has been the subject of much discussion of late, with Real Madrid also believed to be interested.

However, Sky Sports News understands that the 25-year-old's agent is on his way to West London to discuss terms as the Blues close in on a deal with the Portuguese outfit.

Hulk, who is currently on international duty with the Brazil team, scored 21 goals as Porto retained their title last season.
