Chelsea are reportedly open to putting together a swap deal involving Jorginho and Inter Milan midfielder Christian Eriksen.
Despite frequent speculation regarding their futures, both players have been given playing time by their respective managers in recent weeks.
Inter were unable to sell Eriksen in January due to a failure to attract any suitable bids, while there are few serious admirers of Jorginho.
However, according to Calciomercato, the two teams are open to negotiating a swap deal during the summer transfer window.
Inter are said to pushing for a straight swap, something which does not currently interest Chelsea as they look to recoup funds spent during 2020.
The report adds that any deal could be made easier if Maurizio Sarri replaces under-pressure Antonio Conte at San Siro.
