Chelsea are reportedly considering offering West Ham United the chance to sign Michy Batshuayi as part of an offer for Declan Rice.
The Blues are allegedly keen to bring Rice - a former youth-team player for the Blues - back to the club during this summer's transfer window.
West Ham are expected to fight hard to keep hold of the England international, but according to The Athletic, Frank Lampard's side could offer the Hammers Batshuayi as a makeweight.
The expected arrival of Timo Werner from RB Leipzig will seemingly push Batshuayi further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, leading to suggestions that he could be on his way out this summer.
West Ham are one of a number of clubs to be linked with the Belgium international, who has only scored once in 16 Premier League appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed successful loan spells at Borussia Dortmund and Crystal Palace in recent seasons, though, and has also scored 16 times in 29 appearances for his national side.
