Chelsea have reportedly decided that they are willing to allow Todd Kane to leave the club to sign for Hull City.
Kane first signed professional terms with Chelsea in 2012, but the full-back has failed to make a single senior outing with the Blues since.
Eight separate loan spells have been spent away from Stamford Bridge - most recently at Oxford United - and it appears that Chelsea are now ready to part ways with the 24-year-old on a permanent basis.
According to the Hull Daily Mail, terms have been agreed between the two teams and Kane has already undergone a medical at the KCOM Stadium.
The former England Under-19 international has made 49 appearances at the second tier, while 42 outings have also been made in the Dutch top flight with NEC and Groningen.
Should a deal go through, Hull will take their summer incomings up to six after the signings of Eric Lichaj, Callum Smith, David Milinkovic, Reece Burke and Jordy de Wijs.
