Chelsea have reportedly opened talks with Inter Milan over a potential deal for Matias Vecino.
Vecino, who represented Uruguay at the 2018 World Cup, joined Inter from Fiorentina last summer, and scored three times in 31 appearances for the San Siro giants last term.
The midfielder played under new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri at Empoli during the 2014-15 season, and it was recently reported that the Blues wanted to discuss a deal for the 26-year-old.
According to Sky Sports News, Chelsea are now in talks with Inter over a move for the South American, and it is understood that the Italian giants are demanding £32m.
Vecino has a contract with Inter until the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
