Chelsea are reportedly lining up a £20m summer move for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
Toffees teammate Phil Jagielka recently claimed that the club could be forced to sell the Belgian international due to their weak financial situation.
The 24-year-old may now move to Stamford Bridge as the Champions League winners overhaul their squad for the upcoming season, according to The Mirror.
Fellaini joined Everton from Standard Liege in 2008 for around £15m.
