Marcus Bettinelli has been left out of Fulham's squad for their final pre-season outing against Crystal Palace.
The England Under-21s international has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea this summer to provide further back-up between the sticks.
Kit Symons has opted to start with summer signing Andy Lonergan in goal, with Bettinelli said to be suffering from a tweaked hamstring.
That means the youngster also misses out on a place in the Fulham XI side taking on Colchester United this afternoon.
Bettinelli, who came through the Cottagers' youth ranks, featured 45 times for the Championship outfit last season.
