Chelsea and Manchester City are reportedly set to go head to head for the signature of Marseille defender Boubacar Kamara.
The 20-year-old made 24 league appearances for the French outfit before the Ligue 1 season was ended in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, chalking up one goal and two assists as Marseille placed second behind Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Marseille will supposedly have to sell a number of players in order to balance the books this summer, and according to Le 10 Sport, Kamara could be set for a move away from the French top flight.
The report suggests that Chelsea and Man City are both keeping tabs on the centre-back, although Kamara is said to be happy at Marseille and keen to stay on as the Ligue 1 side prepare for Champions League football next season.
Kamara will see his current deal at Marseille expire at the end of the 2021-22 season.
