Chelsea have reportedly decided to make one final attempt to keep Callum Hudson-Odoi at Stamford Bridge.
The academy graduate has been involved in the first team over the past six weeks, but reports continue to link the 18-year-old with a switch to Bayern Munich.
Hudson-Odoi has just 18 months remaining on his contract, and Chelsea are aware that the winger's value will drop should he stay at the club and not pen fresh terms.
According to The Mirror, that has resulted in Chelsea being prepared to offer Hudson-Odoi a new long-term contract worth £70,000 per week.
The Englishman is concerned that his development could stall at the Blues, but such figures could be perceived as a show of commitment from the West Londoners.
Hudson-Odoi has made four starts and four substitute outings during the current campaign.
