Chelsea have reportedly set Eden Hazard's asking price in the summer at £98.5m.
Hazard has spent almost seven years at Stamford Bridge, but the 28-year-old is likely to leave the Blues ahead of the next campaign if he does not extend his contract past 2020.
Real Madrid are known to hold a strong interest in the playmaker, and according to HLN, Chelsea have taken a strong stance regarding the Belgium international's future.
Previous reports have indicated that Chelsea value Hazard in the region of £100m, but it has been claimed that the winger will now cost just under that figure.
The report adds that Chelsea are currently not prepared to entertain any bids below that fee, leaving Real to contemplate their next move.
Real have allegedly already made their first official move for Hazard.
