Chelsea have apparently slapped a £15m price tag on Crystal Palace target Loic Remy.
Radamel Falcao is reportedly poised to join the Blues in a move that would push the French striker further down Jose Mourinho's pecking order.
Palace boss Alan Pardew - who previously signed him for Newcastle United - is still a fan of the 28-year-old but Chelsea's valuation is considered a major obstacle, according to The Telegraph.
The Eagles were willing to meet Remy's £80,000-a-week wages but it remains to be seen if they will spend the £15m needed to capture him, the report goes on to claim.
Remy, who joined the West Londoners from Queens Park Rangers last summer, netted seven goals in six Premier League starts, having played second fiddle to Diego Costa for much of the season.
His contract expires in 2018.
