Chelsea have reportedly overtaken Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign teenage attacker George Nunn from League Two side Crewe Alexandra.
The 16-year-old was promoted to Crewe's Under-18s side earlier this year after starring at a younger age-grade level.
According to The Sun, Spurs have looked into poaching the forward from the Railwaymen but could miss out to Chelsea, who want the youngster to continue his development at Cobham.
Nunn is said to have already agreed to switch clubs at the end of the season, with a compensation package now left to be thrashed out.
The young Englishman has previously impressed against Tottenham at youth level by netting a hat-trick against them.
