Chelsea are reportedly planning to lodge an improved bid for Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses.
The Blues' initial bid for the 21-year-old was rejected yesterday, with Latics owner Dave Whelan branding it "unrealistic".
Manager Roberto Di Matteo is determined to bring the player to Stamford Bridge and the European champions intend to up their offer from £4m to £5m, according to the Daily Mail.
It is believed that Whelan would be unwilling to sell Moses for less than £10m.
