Chelsea are reportedly willing to increase their offer for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku to £68m after their initial bid was rejected.
Manager Antonio Conte is believed to be keen to add the Belgian to his ranks after failing to land Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata.
It has been reported that Everton are holding out for a £75m fee and are currently not prepared to budge.
According to The Mirror, despite Everton's stance, Chelsea will table a £68m offer in an attempt to test the Merseyside outfit's resolve after their £57m bid was rebuffed.
The report adds that Lukaku wants to return to Stamford Bridge, where he left two years ago to join Everton permanently in a £28m deal.
The 23-year-old scored 25 goals for the Toffees last season.
