Wilfried Zaha could reportedly run down his contract at Crystal Palace and make the move to a Champions League outfit on a free transfer next summer.
The 29-year-old's current deal at Selhurst Park is due to expire next June, and there are currently no indications that he will be signing a new contract with the Eagles.
Zaha has been in impressive form for Patrick Vieira's side this season, scoring five goals and registering one assist in nine appearances in the Premier League.
According to football journalist David Ornstein, there is a feeling that the attacker will run down his contract at Palace in order to join a Champions League side on a free transfer ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
Tottenham Hotspur were believed to have made an attempt to sign Zaha in the latter stages of the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Chelsea are also thought to be admirers of the attacker, with the duo said to be keeping a close eye on his situation.
"Palace would dearly love to sign Zaha to sign him to a new contract I'm sure. But with free agency looming and he's never had that big move that many anticipated," Ornstein said on the FIVE podcast.
"Of course he went to Manchester United and it didn't work out but since then we've seen Arsenal linked with him, we've seen Tottenham at various points, and we've seen Chelsea last summer.
"That move hasn't happened. Palace value him so highly as they know without him there's a good chance they'd be in a relegation scrap. So they've always set a very high asking price.
"There'll be a number of clubs who will look at him and wonder if they can get him for nothing in the summer of 2023. There'll be conversations I'm sure. Many in the game feel he'll hold out and go as a free-agent and play in the Champions League."
Zaha started his professional career with Palace, making 143 appearances - the majority of which came in the Championship - during his first spell with the Eagles, before making the move to Man United in 2013.
The forward failed to make his mark at Old Trafford, though, leaving the club having made just four appearances, with Palace taking him back on a permanent basis in 2015 following a loan spell.
Zaha has now represented the Eagles on 439 occasions in all competitions, scoring 88 goals and registering 74 assists in the process.
In the Premier League, he has 66 goals and 41 assists in 273 appearances, but he has not accumulated any European experience during his time with the London club.
Zaha was on the scoresheet in Palace's 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the league last time out. body check tags ::
