Chelsea could reportedly attempt to sign Paris Saint-Germain centre-back Presnel Kimpembe during this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old came through the youth system at PSG and has made 180 appearances for the French giants in all competitions, including 40 outings during the 2020-21 campaign.
Kimpembe faces a battle for his spot next term, though, following the arrival of Sergio Ramos, and according to L'Equipe, the centre-back could consider his future in the French capital.
The report claims that Chelsea are long-term admirers of the defender, and the Blues are weighing up an approach in the current market.
The France international still has three years left to run on his contract with PSG, though, and head coach Mauricio Pochettino is said to be determined to keep him at the club.
Chelsea are thought to be keen to sign a new centre-back this summer but will need to sell some first-team players in order to afford a deal for Kimpembe before the transfer deadline.
