Chelsea are reportedly in discussions to sign Luke Harris from Fulham in a deal worth £30m.

The Blues have been monitoring the 17-year-old since he scored a hat-trick in an Under-21 game between the two West London sides earlier this year.

Harris has come through Fulham's academy, which has also produced talent such as Harvey Elliott and Fabio Carvalho, who have both left the club to join Liverpool.

Although Harris is yet to make a first-team appearance for Fulham, The Mirror are reporting that Chelsea are currently in talks to sign the youngster in the January transfer window.

The Blues are believed to be willing to pay an initial £25m fee, with the deal set to rise to £30m if further add-ons are met.

Harris, who is currently with the Wales senior side, has three years left on his first professional contract which was only signed earlier this month.
