Chelsea are reportedly growing concerned by Thibaut Courtois's decision to delay signing a new contract and are ready to offer him £10m a year.
The Belgium international was due to agree fresh terms with the Blues this summer to extend his deal beyond its current 2019 end date.
Courtois is said to have constantly stalled talks and is instead waiting until the last minute before committing, however, as he first wants to see how much international teammate Romelu Lukaku is paid should he join from Everton.
According to The Sun, Lukaku will earn around £200,000 a week - £120,000 more than Courtois is currently paid, which he feels is unjustified.
The same report suggests that the 25-year-old, who is away on holiday until early July, will play hardball amid rumoured interest from abroad, but is ultimately keen to stay in West London.
Courtois has won two Premier League titles and one League Cup since replacing Petr Cech as Chelsea's first-choice keeper in 2014.
