Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne has reportedly agreed personal terms on a deal with German giants Borussia Dortmund.
De Bruyne is owned by Chelsea but has spent this season on loan in the Bundesliga with Werder Bremen.
The Belgian international playmaker has shown flashes of quality with Bremen and attracted the interest of Dortmund, who according to Bild have signed off on a five-year contract for De Bruyne to put pen to paper to.
Dortmund are yet to agree a fee or terms of any kind with Chelsea, with Bayer Leverkusen another interested party persistently linked with a loan move for next season as speculation gathers pace over De Bruyne's long-term future.
Jurgen Klopp's side are looking to strengthen ahead of next season and have also been linked with Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke and Porto forward Jackson Martinez in the past 24 hours.
