Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien has reportedly agreed a move to Serie A side AC Milan.
Blues manager Jose Mourinho revealed today that Essien is free to leave the club after eight years.
It has now emerged that the 31-year-old will move to the San Siro on a free transfer after agreeing an 18-month deal with the club, according to Sky Sports News.
Essien, who had a loan stint at Real Madrid during his Chelsea career, has made nine appearances for the Blues this season.
