Turkish side Fenerbahce will reportedly hold talks with Chelsea over the possibility of a free transfer for Pedro next summer.
Pedro, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Barcelona in 2015, is out of contract with Chelsea at the end of this season.
The Spaniard has been reduced to just three appearances in the Premier League so far this term, with manager Frank Lampard looking to build a younger squad.
According to Takvim, Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli will meet with Pedro's representatives to discuss the possibility of a move to Istanbul over the summer.
The 32-year-old, who will be free to negotiate with other clubs in January, could be part of a wider overhaul under Lampard whereby the club splashes out around £150m on transfers.
