Real Madrid have reportedly agreed a £115m deal with Chelsea to sign Eden Hazard.
The Belgian has been strongly linked with a move to the Bernabeu over the last few months but the speculation has intensified following Zinedine Zidane's return as head coach of the capital giants.
Los Blancos president Florentino Perez recently confirmed that his club were interested in signing the 28-year-old in this summer's transfer window.
Both clubs are believed to have disagreed over Hazard's valuation, with Chelsea demanding in excess of £100m despite the fact that the attacker's contract will expire next June.
However, according to The Sun, Madrid have now agreed to pay £100m upfront with a further £15m in add-ons for the former Lille youngster, who will collect wages of £400,000 a week at the Bernabeu.
Hazard, who has scored 108 times for Chelsea in all competitions, will seemingly make his final appearance for the Blues in Wednesday's Europa League final against Arsenal.
