Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta has said that former manager Luis Enrique would succeed in charge of Chelsea.
Enrique, who was the predecessor to current Barca boss Ernesto Valverde, has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, should Blues boss Antonio Conte depart from West London.
Spaniard Iniesta added that Enrique's "excellent" reputation as a coach would set him up for success at any Premier League club.
"Luis Enrique is an excellent coach," the 33-year-old told reporters. "In Barcelona, he showed the incredible level he has reached and I think he could win trophies at any club – and that includes Chelsea. It won't be easy because Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"But when you see what Enrique developed in Barcelona, then I think it is also possible in London. The Premier League is a tough competition but, for me, he is capable of managing any big English club."
Enrique, who won the treble with Barcelona in his first season with the club, secured two further Copa del Rey crowns with the team.
