Jorginho's agent has said that there is a chance that his client could leave Chelsea and make a return to Serie A at some point.
The 27-year-old initially struggled for the Blues after making a £50m move from Napoli in 2018 but he has become an integral part of Frank Lampard's side this season, netting twice in 11 appearances across all competitions.
Joao Santos was speaking after Jorginho scored a penalty for Italy in their 2-0 win over Greece, a victory that secured the Azzurri a place at the 2020 European Championships.
Santos told Radio Sportiva, "I think Jorginho can do very well at the Euros and, why not, also at the next World Cup. As for a return to Serie A, anything is possible, and he will always feel the desire to come back home."
The Brazilian-born midfielder made 160 appearances for Napoli after starting his career in Italy with Hellas Verona, where he scored 11 times in 96 games.
