Chelsea are reportedly prepared to allow manager Frank Lampard to spend £150m during the January transfer window.
On Friday morning, it was revealed that the Blues had successfully halved their two-window ban from signing new players, leaving the club in a position where they can now make fresh additions at the beginning of 2020.
While Lampard and the club's hierarchy have been left satisfied with the development of the first-team squad at Stamford Bridge, The Telegraph claims that money will be made available for new arrivals.
The report suggests that the west Londoners will now look to make a number of high-profile signings, with the likes of Wilfried Zaha, Ben Chilwell, Timo Werner and Moussa Dembele having previously been linked with a switch to England's capital.
Chelsea will also consider the futures of Pedro and Olivier Giroud, who both have less than a year remaining on their existing contracts.
