Reports suggest that Liverpool are in talks with Chelsea regarding Daniel Sturridge.

Liverpool have reportedly opened talks with Chelsea regarding out-of-favour forward Daniel Sturridge.

The 23-year-old has only started two games this season after seeming to fall down the pecking order under Roberto Di Matteo.

According to The Mirror, the Blues are willing to listen to offers of around £15m as they seek to raise funds for a move for Atletico Madrid hitman Radamel Falcao.

Sturridge, who has four caps for England, joined the club on a free transfer from Manchester City in 2009.
