England midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has reportedly agreed a new long-term contract with Chelsea.
Having spent the 2017-18 campaign on loan with Crystal Palace, the 23-year-old was tipped to leave the Blues last summer due to concerns over first-team football.
The midfielder ultimately enjoyed a strong 2018-19 campaign, though, scoring 10 times and contributing five assists in 40 appearances in all competitions for the London club.
Loftus-Cheek, who is currently recovering from an Achilles operation, was set to see his contract with Chelsea expire in little over two years.
However, according to The Telegraph, the Englishman has now agreed a new five-year deal with the Premier League giants, which will see him earn 'over £150,000 a week'.
The Blues, meanwhile, are also said to be on the verge of announcing former captain Frank Lampard as their new manager on a long-term contract.
