Chelsea youngster Mario Pasalic has joined Monaco on a season-long loan deal.
The 20-year-old signed for the Blues last summer from Hajduk Split and was sent out on loan to Elche, where he made 35 appearances for the Spanish club.
He also made his debut for the Croatian national side last year in a friendly against Cyprus.
Pasalic's move comes on the same day that Radamel Falcao joined Chelsea on loan.
