Atletico Rafaela youngster Matias Godoy has confirmed that Chelsea want to sign him.
The 17-year-old, who has scored once in five appearances for his Brazilian club, has been linked with the likes of AC Milan and Inter Milan in recent days.
However, Italian journalist Nicolo Schira recently claimed that Chelsea had scouted the teenager in action for Argentina during the Under-17 World Cup.
Godoy has now revealed that he is aware of interest from the Premier League giants, who are currently banned from bringing new players to the club due to a transfer suspension.
"The fact that Chelsea is following me is a little moving and I take it in the best way possible but must continue to work," Godoy told TYCSports. "I am full of pride. Me and my family have made a very big sacrifice to get here."
The teenager could reportedly cost the Blues in the region of £3m should the deal go through.
