Ajax defender Noussair Mazraoui has said that a decision on his future will be made 'over the next two months'.
The 24-year-old has again been in impressive form for his Dutch club during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring five times and registering four assists in 30 appearances in all competitions.
Mazraoui's contract in Amsterdam is due to expire at the end of June, though, and he will not be signing a new deal with the Dutch giants.
Barcelona are believed to be the firm favourites to sign the Morocco international, and the defender has revealed that his "example" is the Catalan club's current right-back Dani Alves.
"The project, the contract, the name of the club, it's all very important. There are two months left and in these two months my decision will be made," Mazraoui told NOS. "My example? Dani Alves, no doubt."
Mazraoui has made 132 appearances for Ajax since breaking into the first team, scoring 10 times and contributing nine assists in the process.
Barcelona are also believed to be looking to sign Chelsea duo Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta, and AC Milan's Franck Kessie on free transfers at the end of the season.
