Raul Meireles has reportedly completed his transfer from Premier League side Chelsea to Fenerbahce.

The 29-year-old had fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge following the summer arrivals of Oscar and Eden Hazard.

As a result, the Portuguese international has been in discussions with the Turkish club over the past few hours after the two sides agreed a fee.

Those talks progressed well, with a three-year contract being penned, according to Sky Sports News.

Meireles joined the Blues from Liverpool last summer.
