AC Milan have reportedly opened talks with Chelsea over the future of striker Fernando Torres.
The two clubs are close to reaching an agreement on a fee for the Spaniard, according to Sky Sports News.
Torres, who has endured a difficult time at Stamford Bridge since joining Chelsea from Liverpool, failed to make the squad for last weekend's 2-0 win over Leicester City.
The forward could re-team with his Chelsea teammate Marco van Ginkel at Milan, with the Serie A club believed to be keen to take the player out on loan.
