Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly ended their interest in signing Chelsea target Ousmane Dembele.
The Frenchman, whose current contract expires at the end of June, has spent five years at Barcelona following his arrival from Borussia Dortmund.
Although his time in Spain has been hampered by injury issues, the Catalan giants were keen on extending Dembele's contract after the 25-year-old picked up 13 assists in 21 La Liga appearances in the 2021-22 season.
However, the two parties have been unable to come to an agreement, resulting in the French international being linked with a move to Chelsea or PSG.
According to the Daily Mail, PSG are pulling out of the pursuit for the winger, paving the way for Chelsea to sign Dembele.
The report indicates that Dembele was a target for PSG's former sporting director Leonardo, but his replacement Luis Campos is reportedly prioritising midfielders in the summer transfer window.
Dembele has scored 32 goals in his 150 appearances for Barcelona. body check tags ::
