Chelsea defender David Luiz has reportedly emerged as a January transfer target for Real Madrid.
On Sunday, Luiz was dropped from the Blues squad to face Manchester United, and head coach Antonio Conte appeared to question the Brazilian's future at the club after being asked about the player's absence.
According to the Gambling Times, sources have suggested that the centre-back could be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge at the start of 2018.
Luiz has made 11 starts for Chelsea this season, but the former Paris Saint-Germain player has not produced the same level of performance as he did when the West Londoners won the Premier League last season.
Conte's stance on Sunday is said to have alerted Real, who may be in the market for additions given their poor start to the season in both La Liga and the Champions League.
PSG, AC Milan and Inter Milan are also all said to be interested in a loan move should Chelsea make Luiz available for transfer.
