Atletico Madrid have reportedly joined the race to sign Tottenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose.
The 24-year-old's impressive form has seen him become Tottenham's first-choice left-back and break into the England squad, and his performances are rumoured to have attracted interest from both Chelsea and Manchester City.
However, The Mirror claims that the Premier League duo could face competition from Atletico, who have monitored Rose closely throughout the season.
Diego Simeone is keen to sign a left-sided defender in the summer, and his top targets are believed to be Rose and former Atletico defender Filipe Luis, who left the club for Chelsea last year.
The report suggests that Spurs would be willing to sell Rose for around £14m as they see Ben Davies as the ideal replacement.
Rose joined Spurs from Leeds United in 2007.
