Chelsea have reportedly prepared a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele during this summer's transfer window.
The Premier League champions are expected to sign a replacement for John Obi Mikel, who is thought to be heading for the exits, with Axel Witsel and Marseille's Gianelli Imbula also being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
According to The Sun, Chelsea are preparing to make a bid of around £12m for the Belgium international, which is around half the valuation of international teammate Witsel.
Dembele joined Tottenham from Fulham in 2012, and has played in London since 2010.
