Wolfsburg have sparked a rush for the signature of teenage winger Julian Brandt by announcing that he will leave the Volkswagen Arena at the end of the season.
The 17-year-old has turned down a new contract with the Bundesliga outfit, which has reportedly alerted Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Premier League side Chelsea.
"Julian Brandt has turned down the offer to sign a new contract with VfL Wolfsburg," a club spokesperson told Deutsche Presseagentur.
"As he is out of contract at the end of the campaign, Julian Brandt will therefore depart from VfL Wolfsburg."
Die Wolfe will be due compensation should he leave the club in the summer.
