Chelsea are reportedly only interested in a permanent sale for Michy Batshuayi and are looking for offers in the region of £40m.
The Belgian striker saw his loan stint at Valencia end prematurely earlier this month after flopping in La Liga.
Batshuayi is now back at Stamford Bridge, but Maurizio Sarri does not intend to keep him there for the second half of the campaign, despite being in need of a frontman.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea will wait until the last minute to raise as much cash as possible for the 25-year-old, who set them back £33m to sign from Marseille in 2016.
Everton are said to be weighing up an offer as they need a new striker, but Batshuayi would prefer a switch to Ligue 1 side Monaco.
Across the last three campaigns, Batshuayi has scored a combined 13 goals in 47 league outings for Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund and Valencia.
