Chelsea have reportedly agreed to send Victor Moses on a season-long loan to Stoke City, subject to a medical with the club.
The striker spent last season with Liverpool, but only started six matches for Brendan Rodgers's side, scoring twice.
According to The Telegraph, the Nigeria international will have a medical at the Potters' Clayton Wood training ground tomorrow morning after Jose Mourinho approved the move.
Stoke had been linked with Oussama Assaidi and Nathan Redmond, but Moses's arrival is expected the end the club's interest in the duo.
