Sevilla manager Jorge Sampaoli has rejected reports linking him with a move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
Fabregas has been afforded just 87 minutes of Premier League action all season under Antonio Conte, leading to suggestions that he could look to leave the club in January.
Sevilla have been strongly linked with the 29-year-old, but Sampaoli insists that he has not considered a move for the Spain international.
"I know he's an important player, but I'm not thinking about him," he told reporters.
"He's very intelligent and it's clear he's a player any coach would love to have. But it hasn't crossed my mind that he could be here.
"We're linked with players day in, day out. We value the squad that we have here highly and I'm not thinking about any more than that."
Fabregas's one and only Premier League start for Chelsea this season came in the 3-0 defeat to former club Arsenal, when he was withdrawn after just 55 minutes.
