Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri has reportedly shelved any plans to sign Jorginho from Chelsea.
Sarri has just ended an 11-month reign at Stamford Bridge to move to Turin, leading to speculation regarding a potential move for Jorginho, who has played under him at Napoli and the Blues.
The Italy international's agent has also suggested that the defensive-minded midfielder would be open to a switch to the Serie A champions, despite the player's previous allegiances to Napoli.
However, the Daily Mail says that Sarri intends to use Miralem Pjanic in the same position, resulting in a possible bid for Jorginho being shelved.
The 27-year-old still has another four years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, while Chelsea have little desire to sell due to their two-window transfer ban.
