Watford head coach Marco Silva has suggested that he expects Richarlison to move to a bigger club at some point in the future.
Richarlison has emerged as one of the top prospects in the Premier League by contributing five goals and three assists in 14 appearances since arriving at Vicarage Road in August.
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have both been linked with the 20-year-old, and Silva has acknowledged that the Brazilian could move on from the Hornets should he continue to "work hard"
The 40-year-old is quoted by The Sun as saying: "For us to improve as a club we need to sign players with ambition.
"I want everyone in the club to work hard and if they achieve something else in their careers, then that's normal. I'm realistic
"While they are at Watford they need to give 100 per cent. To do well in their careers is fantastic for us as a club and also for the player."
Watford chief executive Scott Duxbury has insisted that Richarlison - who has a contract with the club until 2022 - will not be sold in any of the upcoming transfer windows.
