Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping tabs on Everton's Anthony Gordon after being linked with the winger during the summer transfer window.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly monitoring the situation of Everton winger Anthony Gordon.

Spurs signed Richarlison from the Toffees in the summer in a deal that could potentially be worth £60m with add-ons, and they were also believed to be looking into the possibility of a deal to sign Gordon.

As well as being linked with a move to Spurs, Chelsea were interested in signing Gordon, but neither club was able to agree a deal with Everton.

Despite failing in their pursuit to sign Gordon during the summer transfer window, football.london are reporting that Spurs are keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.

With three years still remaining on Gordon's Everton contract, the Toffees would be looking for a fee similar to the one that resulted in Richarlison's move to Tottenham.

While completing a transfer in the January transfer window may prove far more difficult than next summer, Spurs will continue to monitor the situation in case there is an opportunity to complete a deal.

Gordon has registered three goals in his 14 Premier League appearances this season, while he scored the winning penalty in a shootout against Celtic on Sunday during Everton's mid-season tour of Australia. body check tags ::
