Chelsea will try to offload Fernando Torres on a free transfer this January if AC Milan cancel the striker's loan deal, according to reports.
The 30-year-old joined Filippo Inzaghi's side on a two-year loan deal in the summer, but has scored only one goal in 10 Serie A appearances, with the Rossoneri said to be looking to cut their losses and terminate the deal.
As a result, The Mirror claims that Chelsea will be offering Torres to other clubs on a free, given that they already signed Diego Costa, Didier Drogba and Loic Remy in the summer.
Torres cost the Blues a British-record £50m from Liverpool in 2011.
