AC Milan have reportedly been in touch with Tottenham Hotspur to register an interest in signing Japhet Tanganga during this summer's transfer window.
The 23-year-old has only made 23 Premier League appearances for Spurs over the last three seasons, and there has been a host of speculation surrounding his future in recent weeks.
Everton have recently been credited with an interest in the defender, but according to Calciomercato, Milan are also in the hunt for his signature, with the Italian side making contact over a move.
Tanganga, who still has another three years left to run on his contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, missed a chunk of football last season due to a serious knee injury.
Meanwhile, Napoli have allegedly joined the race for Chelsea striker Armando Broja, as the speculation surrounding the Albanian continues to gather pace.
The 21-year-old impressed on loan at Southampton during the 2021-22 campaign, finding the back of the net on nine occasions in 38 appearances in all competitions.
West Ham United and Everton have been linked with the striker this summer, but according to Il Mattino, Napoli are also keen to sign him in the current market.
The report claims that the Italian side initially asked about Broja during the negotiations for Kalidou Koulibaly.
Everton, meanwhile, are allegedly considering a summer move for Chelsea attacker Tino Anjorin.
The 20-year-old, who has made five first-team appearances for the Blues, had spells on loan at Lokomotiv Moscow and Huddersfield Town during the 2021-22 campaign.
According to the Daily Mail, Everton are admirers of the youngster and are considering making an attempt to bring him to Goodison Park before the end of the transfer window.
Anjorin made his Premier League debut in March 2020, with now Everton boss Frank Lampard introducing the midfielder in the 71st minute of what proved to be a 4-0 win.
Elsewhere, according to Football Insider, Leeds United are in advanced discussions with Joe Gelhardt over a new contract at Elland Road.
The 20-year-old, who moved to the Whites from Wigan Athletic in August 2020, only has two years left to run on his contract with the Premier League club.
Gelhardt made 20 Premier League appearances last season, scoring twice and providing four assists, and it is being reported that he is in line for a new and improved deal.
The proposed contract will allegedly see the youngster receive 'a big pay rise'. body check tags ::
